Mesin Roll Plat Hydraulic 3 Roll sendiri adalah mesin yang menggunakan 3 roll dalam operasi menggulungnya. 3 Roll ini di susun menyerupai Segitiga dengan 1 roll di atas 2 roll di bawahnya. Mesin ini juga menggunakan tenaga hydraulic dalam pengoperasiannya.

THE MAIN CHARACTER

• All machine body is welded assembly by high quality steels from CHINA BAO STEEL ENTERPRISE. After welding procedure, the machine body will be milled to ensure the balance and precision.
• This is 3 rolls hydraulic bending roll with the upper roller capable for both up-down and left-right movement function.
• Pre-Bending function. Pre-bending the top parts by change the upper roller’s leveling distance, can set the straight side length freely. Supply the pressure directly by the upper roller, control the shape of the straight side to reach the high-precision pre-bending of the bending parts.
• All roller has gone through hardened treatment with HRC 55
• The machine can roll big diameter round products and straightness curve products from the thin panel to thick panel.
• Upper roller’s fluctuate movement and leveling movement improve the efficiency of the rolling and easy for operation.
• Around trip wires for human security protection
• Touch screen system control, convenient in movement and operation
• Hydraulic drive, cone rolling capability, hydraulic turn-down system for rolled product

THE MACHINE STRUCTURE

GENEROAL DISCRIPTION

• This machine is three roller rolling machine, used for rolling the steel panel be round.
• Upper can vertical and leveling moving.
• Pre-bending be adjusted by upper roller. it realizing this action by adjust upper roller be Asymmetric position with downside roller
• Rolling by motor and retarder driving two downside rollers
• Because downside roller height is fixed, so it easy feeding and operating.

MACHINE STRUCTURE

• Machine composed by upper roller unit, downside roller unit, down-side-roller and leveling moving unit, support roller device, main driving device, turnover device, side rack and chassis.

UPPER ROLLER UNIT

• Upper roller unit composed by main oil tank, bearing seat,upper roller, Two-out-aligning bearings,etc. two main oil tank give the pressure when rolling, working pressure of main oil tank: 19.5Mpa
• Material of upper roller 42GrMo,Conditioning hardness HB260-300,surface IF quenching HRC47-52.

DOWNSIDE ROLLER AND LEVELLING MOVEMENT DEVICE

• Downside roller composed by downside roller, bearing seat, enter gear, sliding bearing.
• Main Transmission of downside roller supply power,opening transfer the torque to downside roller by main driving output gear, downside enter gear.
• Material of downside roller 45#, Conditioning hardness HB260-300,surface IF quenching HRC47-52.
• Leveling moving device composed by leveling moving motor, worm gear box, worm, etc.
• Leveling moving device get the power from leveling moving motor, Asymmetric rolling panels by worm box, worm, screw mandrel, screw mandrel nut drive upper roller leveling move.

SUPPORT ROLLER UNIT

• Support roller unit composed by screw mandrel, screw mandrel nut unit, Oblique wedge, support roller etc. .
• Support roller can be fluctuate adjust according to rolling panel’s loading difference.

MAIN DEIVING UNIT

• Main driving unit composed by main motor, triangle strap, column gear retarder , electric, hydraulic handspike detent ,etc..
• Main driving unit can positive and negative turn to support power for rolling the panels.
